I’ve been training with Sonya on a weekly basis since June 2018 and couldn't recommend her enough! I approached Sonya when I was looking for ways to improve my fitness and strength in a way that was different to training alone at the gym. Sonya has taught me (and continues to teach me) combinations of exercises that effectively work each and every muscle of my body. No PT session is ever the same - she’ll always plan the workout in a way that pushes me that little bit more, so I never reach a workout plateau. Most importantly, each session is fun!

I initially trained with Sonya weekly for a few months to kickstart my fitness after going through a particularly rough patch with my mental health. Her bespoke programme benefitted me so much that I continued to train with her for over a year 1:1 and then trained also alongside a friend with Sonya 2:1 for another year. Each week I found myself getting stronger both physically and mentally and Sonya built my confidence so much I signed up for my first 14km running race back in July 2018. She helped me prepare for the race with her extensive running knowledge and was able to tailor our PT sessions to build up my strength and stamina to race.

Sonya puts so much planning into each session, tailoring sessions to adapt to any areas that may need particular attention. She makes each session enjoyable by varying the different types of exercises, so you never get bored with the routine. Sonya pushes you in a way that keeps you motivated and each session is challenging but also fun at the same time. She uses a wide variety of equipment to introduce you to new techniques and is always coming up with new ideas to keep the workouts interesting. 

Training with Sonya was the best decision I ever made to improve my health and I am a stronger person for it.
